| The European Community (EC) is the second biggest aid donor after the World Bank. To improve monitoring of EC influence in the forest sector, Fern is proposing the establishment of an EC Forest Forum. The goal of the Forum is to facilitate feedback and input to the EC's decision makers from NGOs and indigenous peoples affected by the EC's aid policies. |
